All products sold on Curious Sidekick are digital and downloadable, including courses, ebooks, Notion templates, PDFs, and similar materials.
2. No Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following limited circumstances:
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and contact us within 24 hours of purchase before accessing the content
- If there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the product that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
- If you did not receive the download link or course access after purchase
